Order Tracking

FAQs
Can I update my shipping address?
Once an order is in transit, we cannot change the shipping address. If you need to make changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at contact@brokenplanet.uk.com.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes if your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can cancel it and issue a full refund. Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your package is damaged upon delivery, refuse it and notify us. If it was left at your door and arrived damaged, contact us and we’ll help resolve the issue according to our return policy.
What if my order is lost in the mail?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 3–5 business days, contact us and we’ll look into it with Royal Mail. If your order is confirmed lost and the shipping address was correct, we’ll resend it free of charge.
Note: If an incorrect address was entered at checkout and the order was delivered there, we are not responsible for the loss.
